Town Square

*  The "Town Square Declaration and Bylaws" document and the "Town Square Rules and Regulations" document are now available on the "Forms/Links" tab above.

*  Parking Information: 

  2022-2023 Town Square parking stickers will expire 12/31/2023.  The 2024-2025 sticker must be applied to the passenger side of the front windshield (lower right) by January 1, 2024.  The (fill-able) sticker registration form is available for download on the Forms/Links tab near the top of this page, or from the 220 building office. The completed form should be dropped off at the office or placed in the Assessment box.

  Commercial vehicles can ONLY be parked on the far west end of the parking lot by the park district property.

  Overnight visitors will not need a visitor pass. However if the guest's vehicle will be in the lot for more than 3 days, you will be required to apply for a guest hang tag in the office.

  If a visitor is staying for more than 30 days, the status is changed to a resident, necessitating the standard criminal background check.

*  Garbage is never to be left on the floor of the garbage rooms. If the chute is jammed or the item is too large to fit, bring it to the dumpster in the garbage room on the 1st floor.  Dragging garbage along the floors and carpet is also not permitted; doing so will result in additional cleaning that will be charged back to the unit from which it came.

*  Leaving items in the lobby for others to pick through is not allowed.  Anyone leaving items in the common areas will be charged a clean up fee and may be fined.

*  The common areas of Town Square buildings are treated by a pest control company on the 4th Monday of each month. If you are encountering bugs in your unit, DO NOT DELAY, contact Aerex Pest Control at 847-255-8888 or any other licensed and insured exterminator. If a spread of bugs occurs, the owner of the unit will be responsible. Since this is a Condominium Community you are responsible for your own pest control inside your unit.

As a part of the Association's Pest Control Program, our residents are eligible to sign up for a preventive treatment on the fourth Monday of each month for only $15 per treatment. This consists of inspecting and treating for roaches, drain flies, fruit flies, spiders or ants. Fees must be paid directly to the exterminator at the time of service. An adult must be present during the service to provide access to the unit and to pay for the service.

*  Smoking is not allowed in the common areas of the buildings including the party rooms, elevators and stairways. Please, for the health and welfare of all of the residents, do not smoke in the common areas. Cigarette disposal stands are outside of each entryway.
